At Safe Medics Wellness, we understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to make cancellations as convenient as possible.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
- Once the order is processed for dispatch or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation by Safe Medics Wellness
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment is incomplete or unsuccessful.
- Errors in product listing, pricing, or technical issues.
- Fraudulent activity suspected.
If an order is canceled from our end, a full refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
3. Refund on Canceled Orders
If your order is eligible for cancellation and payment has already been made, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
4. Modification of Orders
If you need to modify your order (change product, address, or quantity), please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
